Prince Yeates is among the few law firms in Utah providing legislation and lobbying services. We do so because we can often best represent our clients' interests by working to change state statutes, city and county ordinances, or regulations issued by administrative agencies.
Our knowledge of legislative procedures and government structures enables Prince Yeates to represent our clients effectively in all stages and aspects of the legislative process, including
- Drafting bills, regulations and position papers
- Shepherding proposed legislation until enacted into law
- Lobbying and developing political strategies for or against specific legislation
