Our attorneys have earned undergraduate and advanced degrees from more than a dozen different colleges and universities and law degrees from many more fine law schools in nearly every region of the country. We count law review editors, moot court winners, international scholars, a brigadier general (retired), several university adjunct professors, a former U.S. diplomat and a former federal prosecutor among our numbers. We are all admitted generally to practice in federal and state courts in Utah, and some of us are admitted in California, Nevada and Idaho, while many of us have appeared specially in state and federal courts throughout the nation. Our lawyers are proficient in German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Mandarin, Czech, Slovak, Dutch, Danish and Japanese. Our interests range from flying to fly fishing, from water skiing to white water canoeing, from mountaineering to mountain biking, and from golf to puttering.
While our backgrounds and interests are varied, we share common passions:
- Involvement in our community (most of us volunteer regularly for charitable, environmental, civic or religious service)
