M. David Eckersley
Litigation and personal injury are M. David Eckersley's chief areas of focus at Prince Yeates.
Mr. Eckersley was born in Monticello, Utah. He attended Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington, where he earned an undergraduate degree in 1973. He then enrolled in the University of Utah College of Law and received a J.D. degree in 1977.
While attending law school, Mr. Eckersley served as an associate editor of the Utah Law Review and was a member of the Order of the Coif. His involvement with the University of Utah College of Law continued when he was later appointed to be an adjunct professor for the college in trial advocacy.
Mr. Eckersley is a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
