Roger J. McConkie

Roger McConkie's area of practice with Prince Yeates is litigation. While most of his practice focuses on general commercial litigation, he is also experienced in defending physicians before the Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing. Mr. McConkie also defends construction and development clients in federal and state fair housing matters. In addition, he has experience in personal injury litigation and wrongful death litigation, representing plaintiffs and defendants.

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Mr. McConkie earned a B.A. degree in journalism from the University of Utah and a J.D. degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where he was the assistant research editor of the University of Arkansas Law Journal. Mr. McConkie was also the winner of the University of Arkansas Moot Court Competition. In 1989 he was selected to be a member of the American Inns of Court, Sutherland Chapter.
