Thomas J. Erbin
Thomas Erbin's civil law practice concentrates on litigation of real estate, title insurance, employment, banking and negotiable instrument matters. He has wide experience in civil appellate work in state, federal and bankruptcy court. He has also handled criminal defense on both the felony and misdemeanor levels.
Mr. Erbin participated in the successful defense of a products liability claim arising from the nation's worst mine fire in 20 years.
A native of Dayton, Ohio, he received an undergraduate degree in economics, with honors, from Stanford University in 1976. He was awarded a master's degree in economics from Stanford University the following year. Mr. Erbin attended the Boalt Hall School of Law at the University of California at Berkeley, where he earned a J.D. degree in 1980.
